Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Applyzio's website, tools and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Applyzio. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for your account credentials, and for activity under your account.

2. The Service

Applyzio provides an ATS resume checker, AI resume and cover-letter tailoring, job matching, and — on paid plans — automated job applications submitted on your behalf based on the preferences and instructions you configure. You remain in control of your preferences and can review or restrict activity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting false or misleading information; using it for spam or unlawful purposes; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access; or violating the terms of third-party job platforms.

4. Payments & credits

Paid plans are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Credits never expire. One application submitted uses one credit. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹); payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Refunds & money-back guarantee

Our refund terms, including the money-back guarantee, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Applyzio and protected by law. You retain ownership of the resume and content you provide, and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you (e.g. to tailor and submit applications you authorise).

7. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (e.g. job boards, payment processors). We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We work to improve your results, but hiring decisions are made by employers. Except for the money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy, we do not guarantee any specific interview or job outcome.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applyzio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. Credits are governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
