Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident using Applyzio. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our one-time credit packs.

1. One-time packs, no subscriptions

Applyzio sells one-time credit packs (Starter and Pro), not subscriptions. There is nothing recurring to cancel, and your credits never expire. The Free plan involves no payment.

2. Money-back guarantee

Starter and Pro come with a money-back guarantee: if you use your applications and do not receive a single interview, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify, you should have genuinely used a meaningful portion of your purchased applications, and you should request the refund within 90 days of purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@applyzio.com from your account email with your order details. We'll review and, where eligible, process your refund to your original payment method.

4. Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider (Razorpay for India, PayPal for international).

5. When refunds may not apply

Refunds may be declined in cases of fraud, abuse of the Service or the guarantee, or violation of our Terms. The Free plan is not eligible as no payment is made.
