1. One-time packs, no subscriptions

Applyzio sells one-time credit packs (Starter, Plus, Pro and Premium, depending on your region), not subscriptions. There is nothing recurring to cancel, and your credits never expire. The Free plan involves no payment.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

All paid packs come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No reason is required.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@applyzio.com from your account email with your order details, and we will process your refund to your original payment method.

4. Timelines

Refunds are initiated promptly once requested and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
